Each individual file is named with 2 alpha-numeric characters 0-f and the files seem to be numbered sequentially. If you want to isolate one specifically, you can try only having one downloaded at a time. If you have multiple 'downloads' you can sort them by time created. Within each of those, 2d is empty, 2f holds one small file, then 32 holds multiple files. Within each folder is another folder labelled 00 (double-zero). Mine are labelled as 2d, 2f, and 32 respectively.
